About Kvalitet Prom

Scope: storage, trade and distribution of construction materials, production of electrical wiring harnesses.
The Construction and Trade Company Kvalitet - Prom DOOEL is a 100% private company established in 1990 as a family business. The idea for the company establishment is related to the previous years of entrepreneurial activity in the construction business, i.e. the construction of houses with an entire organization of the construction process all the way to the final phase “key in hand”.

Namely, the very beginnings of privatization in the Republic of Macedonia and the creation of the Macedonian market based on the principles of market economy, the new possibilities thus created, the experience in the construction and the familiarization with the needs of the clients for all types of materials for the performance of the facilities, were the inspiration of the founder to register the company Kvalitet - Prom and open the first warehouse for construction materials in Kumanovo. In addition to the wide range of materials, Kvalitet - Prom introduces a process of own production of concrete blocks and interlocking concrete pavers which became recognizable at the market for their quality in a very short time. As a logistic help in its current operation, Kvalitet - Prom invests in transport and auxiliary devices, primarily trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, tankers for oil derivatives transport, auto-loaders, forklifts etc.

After several years of successful operation, Kvalitet - Prom in Kumanovo opens another warehouse for wholesale trade with reinforced-concrete iron, reinforcing bars (rebar), static carriers, wire products and profiles. The commitment to customers and their needs was complemented primarily by the ability to respond to the specific requirements regarding quality and standards, fast and timely deliveries organized with their own transport means, contributing to Kvalitet - Prom becoming the market leader in supply and deliveries of reinforced-concrete iron. This is confirmed first of all by the large market share, the great number of recognitions, gratitude and recommendations from numerous content customers.

The Construction and Trade Company Kvalitet - Prom DOOEL is a 100% private company established in 1990 as a family business. The idea for the company establishment is related to the previous years of entrepreneurial activity in the construction business, i.e. the construction of houses with an entire organization of the construction process all the way to the final phase “key in hand”.

In 2007, the company was among the first to receive approval for the Customs warehouse and simplified procedures for local clearance. Two years later, Quality-Prom became the holder of a customs terminal for import-export clearance of goods and within the terminal there are freight forwarders and customs offices. As an addition to its activity for fully meeting the needs of clients, the company invests in the construction of a closed hall equipped with cranes, automatic and semi-automatic machines for processing and preparation of reinforcement, as well as for making steel structures.

In 2012, Kvalitet - Prom established the construction company Rapid Bild at the same time investing in most contemporary equipment, working devices, construction machinery and in a relatively short period it has become a recognizable name in the construction sector in the Republic of Macedonia. Immediately after starting with the operation of Rapid Bild, Kvalitet - Prom emerged as an investor in the construction of a residential building in Skopje, thus supplementing its operations with real estate purchase.

In 2015, Kvalitet - Prom becomes the dominant owner of the factory for welded pipes and profiles FZC 11 Oktomvri AD from Kumanovo and thanks to its experience, knowledge, investments and above all hard work - although being a company with long-term losses and almost winding up - it managed to keep it in the business and after less than two years of management, in 2016 FZC 11 Oktomvri AD Kumanovo had positive financial results and increased production.

Kvalitet - Prom today is a company with a wide range of activities, well-known name and reputation of a reliable and stable partner in the supply of construction materials with an emphasis on reinforcing-concrete iron and black metallurgy products.
